<br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-11 <br /> <br />NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />iRESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE <br />!CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally the northeast corner of <br />iMississippi Street and 26th Avenue NW intersection). <br /> <br />;! WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br />subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described <br />:as follows: <br /> <br />The South 300 feet of the East 495 feet of the <br />Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 18, <br />Township 30,- Range 23, except the East 215 feet thereof <br />and except the South 33 feet thereof. Subject to 22nd <br />Terrace NW and 26th Avenue. <br /> <br />WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is <br />located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, <br />,approval of that municipality must be obtained before such <br />.subdivisions can be filed, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS Section 26-24 of the New Brighton city Code provides <br />for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria <br />can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Planning Commission has determined that such <br />criteria has been met. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning commission of the <br />city of New Brighton recommends approval uf the subdivision of <br />the above described parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />Tract A <br /> <br />The West 174 feet of the East 495 feet of the South 300 feet <br />of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section <br />18, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota except <br />the South 33 feet thereof. SUbject to 26th Avenue and 22nd <br />Terrace NW. <br /> <br />Tract B <br /> <br />The West 106 feet of the East 321 feet of the South 300 feet <br />of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of section <br />18, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota except <br />the South 33 feet thereof.
