You are encouraged to submit preliminary plans of the proposed site improvements <br />for staff review and input well in advance of the Planning Commission application <br />deadline. This step would allow you the opportunity to correct any identified <br />problem areas prior to preparing final drawings and copies. <br />2. Submit application and materials by the listed Planning Commission deadline. <br />3. The Development Review Committee comprised of City Staff members reviews the <br />proposed site plan. <br />4. A staff case report is prepared and submitted to the Planning Commission. <br />5. The proposed site plan is reviewed by the Planning Commission at its regular <br />meeting and a recommendation is forwarded to the City Council. <br />6. The Staff Case Report is updated and submitted to the City Council. <br />7.
