FAX # 612.591-4404 <br /> <br />January 12, 1990 <br /> <br />Mr. Erny Mattila, City Planner <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />803 5th Avenue N.W. <br />New Brighton, MN 55112 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: BRIGHTWOOD TOWNHOMES <br />NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Dear Erny: <br /> <br />In accordance with our "site Improvement Holdback" Agreement <br />(copy attached hereto), our Lender is currently retaining Funds <br />in the amount of $14,875.00. <br /> <br />As of this date, Items b-paving, c-curbs and d-sidewalks of the <br />Agreement are 100 Percent complete. In addition, approximately <br />60 Percent of the landscaping has been completed. <br /> <br />We have contracted with the J. T. Noonan Company, Inc. to fur- <br />nish and plant all of the Plantings for the Sum of $6,940.00 and <br />have approved their Partial Payment Request of $4,140.00, less <br />Ten Percent Retainage~ <br /> <br />Therefore, we are requesting at this time, in conjunction with <br />our Payment Application #4, that the city of New Brighton <br />authorize Title Insurance Company of Minnesota to disburse Hold- <br />back Funds in the amount of $11,661.00. The Balance Amount of <br />J. T.
