Apparently, Suburban Engineering <br />Inc.'s original calculations were in error. We do not believe <br />it would be in our best interests to move the Building further <br />East to avoid this encroachment as we wish to maintain a reason- <br />able separation between our two Buildings. In addition, there <br />is a sewer line that runs between our two Buildings.
