Exerpt
Board of Review Minutes
March 21, 1978

NC-29, LP-63, John Robinson

The City Planner reviewed his comments, noting that the applicant
would like to expand the existing vacant service station for a bus
garage and also that the applicant has proposed to eliminate 3 of
the non-conforming apartments.

Mr. Bill Zupan, 5929 N. Lexington, brother-in-law of the applicant,
was present to answer questions.

Chairman Brown noted that the original discussion with Mr. Robinson
indicated that there would be just one bus on the property.

Mr. Zupan noted that Mr. Robinson's son-in-law was also now working
with him and they would like additional busses to be able to be
parked on the property.

Commissioner Anderson noted that this was perhaps the best plan
that they had seen regarding this particular property.

Motion by Brown, seconded by Anderson, to waive and adopt a
resolution making findings of fact and approving non-conforming
use permit NC-29 (see attached resolution).

4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried

Motion by Brown, seconded by Medved, to recommend appDJval of LP-63
subject to site and landscape plans dated March 21, 1978 signed by
the applicant and the City Planner. Further, that the approval be
subject to any conditions attached to NC-29.

4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried.
