<br />Exerpt <br />Board of Review Minutes <br />March 21, 1978 <br /> <br />NC-29, LP-63, John Robinson <br /> <br />The City Planner reviewed his comments, noting that the applicant <br />would like to expand the existing vacant service station for a bus <br />garage and also that the applicant has proposed to eliminate 3 of <br />the non-conforming apartments. <br /> <br />Mr. Bill Zupan, 5929 N. Lexington, brother-in-law of the applicant, <br />was present to answer questions. <br /> <br />Chairman Brown noted that the original discussion with Mr. Robinson <br />indicated that there would be just one bus on the property. <br /> <br />Mr. Zupan noted that Mr. Robinson's son-in-law was also now working <br />with him and they would like additional busses to be able to be <br />parked on the property. <br /> <br />Commissioner Anderson noted that this was perhaps the best plan <br />that they had seen regarding this particular property. <br /> <br />Motion by Brown, seconded by Anderson, to waive and adopt a <br />resolution making findings of fact and approving non-conforming <br />use permit NC-29 (see attached resolution). <br /> <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Brown, seconded by Medved, to recommend appDJval of LP-63 <br />subject to site and landscape plans dated March 21, 1978 signed by <br />the applicant and the City Planner. Further, that the approval be <br />subject to any conditions attached to NC-29. <br /> <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried. <br />
