Robinson <br /> <br />Location: 2123 Old Hwy. #8 (See location map attached <br />to NC-29) <br /> <br />Zoninq: I-I, Light Industrial <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan (Draft): Light Industrial <br /> <br />Present Use of Property: Vacant service station and <br />10 apartment units <br />Lot Area: 34,399 sq. ft. <br /> <br />Size of Buildinq: existing structures 7,822 sq. ft. <br /> proposed addition 810 sq. ft. <br /> Tota 1 8,632 sq. ft. <br />Floor Area Ratio: .25 <br />Parkinq Spaces Required: 24 <br />parkinq Spaces Provided: 25 <br /> <br />As noted in the report for NC-29, the applicant wishes to add <br />on to the vacant service station to accommodate his buses. <br />The applicant is seeking a place to park, wash and do minor <br />repairs on buses that are chartered through Columbia Transit. <br /> <br />The plans are complete and contain all required information. <br />Except as noted in NC-29, all code requirements are met. <br /> <br />We would note that the site plan proposes a one-way driving <br />route through the property. The northern driveway would be <br />for ingress and the southern driveway for egress. <br />
