<br />'. <br /> <br />Ii <br /> <br />~ .~~ ":. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 84-119 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON NEW BRIGHTON OFFICE PARK UTILITIES PROJECT <br />83-7, AUDITORS NO. 5376 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law the City <br />Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed <br />assessment of the improvement of: <br /> <br />LOCATION: All benefitting properties within the general area bounded by <br />Silver Lake Road on the west, 15th Street on the north, <br />23rd Avenue NW on the east and 14th Street NW on the south. <br /> <br />BY: The construction of sanitary sewer and watermain utilities. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br />a part thereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special <br />assessment against the lands named therein, and each tract of land <br />therein included is hereby found to be benefitted by the proposed <br />improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br />2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending <br />over a period of (10) years, the first installment to be payable <br />on or after the first Monday in January, 1985, and shall bear interest <br />at the rate of lO~ percent per annum from the adoption of this <br />assessment resolution. <br />3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to <br />certification of the assessment to the County Auditor pay the whole <br />of the assessment to such property with interest accrued to the date <br />of payment, to the City Treasurer, except that no interest shall be <br />charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the <br />adoption of this resolution and he may, at any time thereafter, pay <br />the County Treasurer the balance of assessments remaining unpaid <br />with interest accrued in accordance with the statutes such in case <br />made and provided. <br />4.
