Parcel B will in the near future be purchased from the <br />property owner to the east. It is necessary that this Parcel B <br />be acquired and added to Parcel A as otherwise the present building <br />plans would place the floor area ratio for parcel A over the <br />allowable .3. Therefore, any approval of the building permit <br />should be conditioned on the subdivision being completed and <br />Parcel B being added to Parcel A. <br /> <br />Other than this one item of the future subdivision we see no problem <br />with the present application. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends that LP-65 be approved by simple motion subject <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Conformance with site and landscape plans dated April 18, <br />1978 signed by the applicant and City Planner. <br />2.
