Erection of fence without a permit; <br />2. Outside storage (no outside storage is allowed <br />on the site); <br />3. Front yard parking; <br />4. Parking on a designated landscape area on south <br />and north side of building; and <br />5. Parking on City boulevard property. <br /> <br />At the meet ing in my office wi th you on December, 15, 1980 <br />you stated that you would devise a plan within a week that <br />would address the violations. No such plan has been <br />presented nDr have I since been contacted by your company. <br />In addition, on December 31, 1980 I inspected your site <br />and the outside storage and parking violations have <br />increased since my earlier inspection. <br /> <br />This letter is an official notification to conform with <br />site and landscape plans approved by the City Council and <br />agreed to by your company within 5 days of the receipt of <br />this letter. This 5 day period added to my previous notice <br />totals a 30 day notif.i.cation~ If the violations are not <br />abated within that time period the matter will be given to <br />the City Attorney for further action. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />~ IrI. ~ <br /> <br />Joan M.
