W., <br />New Brighton, Minnesota to advise you that they have opened their irre- <br />vocable credit in your favor for the sum or sums not exceeding a total <br />of $50,000.00. Your drafts on us at 2401 Lowry-Avenue N. E., Minneapolis, <br />Minnesota are to be accompanied by your certification that Belair Commer- <br />cial Corporation is in violation of the provisions of their agreement to <br />complete the landscaping, fencing and blacktopping for the Berger Transfer <br />Building being constructed by them in your city, and that said violations <br />have not been corrected within thirty (30) days after having been notified <br />by certified mail of said violations by the City of New Brighton at their <br />corporate offices at 443 8th Avenue N.
