<br />... <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />EXTRACT FROM MINUTES <br />BOARD OF REVIEW <br />MARCH 20, 1979 <br /> <br />LP-80, SCARP -HEILMAN COMPANY <br /> <br />Chairman Brown indicated that the applicant is proposing to <br />construct a 30,045 square foot industri~l building at <br />1405 1st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />George Heilman, President of Scarp-Heilman Company was present <br />to answer any questions. <br /> <br /> <br />Williams asked applicarit why the Company did'not build the <br />previously approved building. The applicant commented that the <br />previous proposal was for a two-story building and that soil <br />conditions on the parcel were such that a building of that <br />de-s ign. The applicant remarked that with the proper light- <br />weight design a building could be constructed on the southern <br />parcel. <br /> <br />Motion by Brown, second by Sande, that the Board of Review <br />recommend approval of LP-80 subject to Council approval of <br />the subdivision of the property and conformance to site and <br />landscape plans as submitted. <br /> <br />5 Ayes ~ 0 Nayes - Motion carried. <br />
