The applicant did not obtain <br />the building permit for that parcel because of construction <br />problems relating to certain conditions ~f that parcel. <br /> <br />At this time, the applicant is requesting a building permit <br />for the northern part of the property. The applicant will <br />be submitting a subdivision request to the City Council on <br />March 27, 1979 to divide the property.
