The site plan as <br />submitted indicates that a variance is required because of the <br />following: <br /> <br />1. Less than the required side yard setback for a <br />business adjacent to a residentia~.district (50 feet <br />is required, Section 10-080 b.) <br /> <br />2. Less than the required twenty-five (25) foot land- <br />scaped buffer zone between a business district and <br />anR-l or R-2 residential district (Section 10-110 c.) <br /> <br />.3.
