' This letter <br />briefly indicates the procedure and timetable of your <br />proposal and also includes some general comments concerning <br />the preliminary site plan you presented to the City. <br /> <br />The question of consistency with the proposed Comprehensive <br />Plan will come before the Board of Planning on February l, <br />1979 and will then be reviewed by the City Council on <br />February l3, 1979. <br /> <br />After generally examining your preliminary site plan it <br />appears that you will be required to apply for a variance. <br />In an industrial district, parking is not allowed in the front <br />yard of the site. If the Planning Commission and the city <br />Council find your proposal consistent with the Comprehensive <br />Plan, then you will have to apply for a variance and a build- <br />ing permit. The application for a variance must first be <br />reviewed by the Board of Review which meets the third Tuesday <br />of each month. For the month of February that would be the <br />20th of Fehruary. The supporting documents will have to be <br />submitted by February l4, 1979 at noon if you intend to be <br />placed on the February 20th agenda of the Board of Review. <br /> <br />The supporting documents needed are outlined in the enclosed <br />booklet under Building Permits and variances. In general for <br />the variance you must have a variance application with a legal <br />
