Currently, the 8 stalls in the
front yard area designated for customer parking are occupied by
rental vehicles. Therefore, ,U~Haul is currently in violation
of the approved site plan LP-84. Apparently, the City has
discussed this situation with U-Haul previously. I am
enclosing a letter from the City dated June 24, 1985,
regarding this matter.

In order to comply with said site plan, all rental vehicles
must be stored toward the rear of the site within the existing
screening fence by April 1, 1988.

If you have any questions, you may contact me at 631-8340.

~

Erny Mattila
City Planner

EM/vi
