As stated in Section
15-171(a)(3) all equipment for rent shall be stored within the
building or in an area screened from public streets and adjacent
property. The present display of equipment along the front of
your building and in the asphalt parking area in front of your
building is in violation of your business license. I must order
that the outside display of equipment in violation of Section 15-
171 be eliminated by July 1, 1985.

You have indicated that display of items for rent is vital to
your business. I might suggest using the large window area of
your building to its greatest potential. Perhaps constructing
a display ledge to e1eviate the items in the window would be of
benefit.

P 1 e a s ere vie w the e n c 1 0 sed Ci.t y Cod, e and con t act me i f you h a v e
questions or would like to set up a meeting.

Sincerely,

/J~tl /~

Brenda A.
