The Wo1kerstorfer Company presently has offices and
plants at 717 South Third Street and 806 South 4th Street, Minneapolis,
Minnesota.

The site indicates that there will be three driveways into the site.
According to Section 12-060c. of the New Brighton Zoning Code the
maximum number of driveways to a single property shall be two (2) unless
the City Council approves a greater number. In the past the Council by
approving the site plan (showing driveway~ in excess of the permitted 2)
have approved the installation of the additional driveways. It appears
that the third driveway is necessary for the proposed operation of this
company and will not cause traffic or safety problems. '

In summary, the plans are complete and the development plan meets all
code requirements.
