The applicant <br />because of financial reasons did not obtain the building permit and <br />is therefore expired. Since that time the property has been rezoned <br />from 1-2, Heavy Industrial to B-3, General Business. Ther~fore, the <br />site plan submitted at this time reflects those regulations pertain- <br />ing to development in a B-3, General Business District. Another <br />change from the previous application is that the proposed building <br />is smaller in area. . <br /> <br />The applicant should possibly provide plantings along the western <br />and northern sodded areas of the site. The plantihgs would not only <br />improve the appearance of the site but also screen the parked vehicles <br />from the public right-of-way. <br /> <br />, ';~ <br />
