Staff further recommends that <br />LP-88 be approved by simple motion on the condition that the <br />applicant comply with the conditions of VN-167, NC-2l and NC-39 <br />before administrative authority issues a building permit and that <br />the applicant conform with site and landscape plans dated and <br />signed by the applicant and the City Planner. <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />
