Because of the close <br />proxi~ity of the proposed building to the existing buil~ing,the <br />Building Inspector and Fire Department require that there be no <br />windows or doors, on the south s i de of th e proposed bu i1 din gand <br />the wi ndows and the door on the north si de of the exi sti ng offi ce <br />building"willbe closed off. <br /> <br />In addition the proposed building will have to have a two hour fire <br />wall on the south side and the applicant will have to piovide some <br />type of fire retardant shingles on the roof of the proposed building. <br /> <br />The appl i cant and Tyson Tru.cki ng have peti tioned the Ci ty to vacate <br />2nd Stre'et S.W. Approval of this building permit application will <br />have to be contingent, on the'approval of the vacation because with- <br />out the vacation a variance would "be needed for side street yard- <br />setback.
