Box 12525
201 5th Avenue S.W.
New Brighton, Minnesota 55112

RE: Building Permit For Office Building

Dear Mr. Templin:

On September 11, 1979 the City Council of the City of
New Brighton authorized the administrative authority to
issue a building permit for your propos~d office building.
According to the zoning ordinance, you have 180 days to
pull that permit. If you do not take out the permit before
that time expires the authorization is void. You should
pull your permit before March 11, 1980.

In regard to the required site work, you can if you choose
to, build the office and obtain a temporary certificate of
occupancy to occupy the office until the site work is
completed. Under a temporary certificate you have 9 months
to complete the site work. This method might provide you
with some flexibility in your development plans.

If you have any questions or comments please contact me.

Sincerely,

~~er

City Planner
mh
