According to the approved
site plan, LP-90, you have curbing, paving and landscape
work to complete.

As we discussed on the telephone, an extension on the temporary
certificate is possible. Granting an extension at this time
would be premature. You should contact me, the first part of
November and we can discuss an extension if necessary at that
time.

Of importance to the appearance of the site and for erosion and
L dust control, you should place sod on the berm. Accordlhg~to-
the Council minutes of June 26, 1979 you must install the plant-
ings indicated on the plan and get the specles approved by
staff.

For your information, I must inform you that the City staff has
not approved extensions for sites in cases where no work has been
performed. If you have any questions or comments, please call
me.

Sincerely,

~M. ~C.he~~

City Planner

mh
