The applicant <br />was granted a variance (VN-158) for front yard <br />parking for truck trailers in August 1976 so the <br />front yard parking is conforming. <br /> <br />PLAN INFORMATION: The site and landscape plans are complete and <br />contain all necessary information. <br /> <br />The applicant is proposing to reloc~te the existing service building <br />which is situated directly east of the office building to the south <br />as shown on the site plan. Therefore, the building permit application <br />includes a request for a foundation permit for this relocated building. <br />The proposal also includes the construction ofa 70' x 130' storage <br />and service building to be attached to the existing office building. <br /> <br />The applicant is also constructing a 2S'x 20' fencedsto~age area. <br />This fenced in area will be used as a storage area for parts that <br />are presently stored outside with out the proper screening. The fence <br />will be 6 feet high and all outside storage of parts will be within <br />this area. <br />
