<br />Council Member Hoffman stated that if we were to pay per hour, the outcome would
<br />be far more costly.
<br />
<br />Council Member Batunan stated that she was unaware of the compensation plan,
<br />and the fIrst she mew of this was when she received her packet.
<br />
<br />It was reported that this was discussed at a work session, and the amount of
<br />$1,000 was discussed.
<br />
<br />Council Member Burg stated that by not having to hire a temporaryrePIB.cement
<br />there has been a substantial cost savings.
<br />
<br />Motion by Council Member Hoffman, seconded by Council Member Burg to approve
<br />the salary adjustment for the Acting City Manager positionerrective from July 7,J996
<br />through January 31, 2007.
