On Aug .. 4th, we took a vandalism complaint where a vehicle had been <br />severely damaged. The victim is an African American male; he does not want any <br />follow-up from the Human Rights Subcommittee. On August 19th, a CD was left on a <br />vehicle which had several racial epithets scratched into it. The victim is of Korean <br />heritage; she does not want any follow-up from the Human Rights Subcommittee. <br /> <br />Allina Medical <br />
