<br />Mayor Larson requested. the reason for moving the item to consent agenda. Council
<br />Member Doffmg questioned the item in the contract where Mr. Lotter would be able
<br />to pursue a professional teaching program while employed at the City of New
<br />Brighton. Council Member Doffmg requested the Mayor explain the intentions of
<br />Mr. Lotter. It was reported that the City Council would be required to approve any
<br />outside teaching opportunity.
<br />Council Member Bauman suggested removing that paragraph from the contract.
