<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />06-114 <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />WHE <br /> <br /> <br />UTION APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE <br />F NEW BRIGHTON AND LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES LOCAL NO. 113 <br />REGARDING 2007 HEALTH INSURANCE CONTRACT RE-OPENER. <br /> <br />WHE <br />2006-2 <br /> <br />AS, the City has a Master Labor Agreement with LELS Local No. 113 (Patrol Officers) for the <br />7 contract; <br /> <br />AS, the 2006-2007 union contract has a re-opener for 2007 health insurance; <br /> <br />WHE AS, the City and theLELS union have reached agreement regarding the City's contribution to <br />health' urance in 2007; <br /> <br />NOW, HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> <br />1. ffective January 1,2007, City's contribution for single health coverage will be $470 per month <br />d $660 per month for family coverage. Employees electing to opt-out of health insurance <br />overage, by providing proof of insurability elsewhere, will be provided $250 per month and may <br />e used for other benefits associated with the cafeteria plan.
