That an application for nbn-conforming use permit <br />was filed with the City of New Brighton on June 13, <br />1979. <br /> <br />d <br />q <br />." <br />,I <br />I: <br />II <br /> <br />I! <br /> <br />2. That such application, was reviewed by the New Brighton <br />Planning Commission Board of Review on June 19, 1979. <br /> <br />3. That the City Council, pursuant to published and mailed <br />notices, held a public hearin~ on July 10, 1979, all <br />person's present at the hearing were given an <br />oppo~tunity to be heard. <br /> <br />4. That the site is located in a 1-2, Heavy Industrial <br />District. <br /> <br />II <br />!j <br />q <br /> <br />2. That the following Type IV non-conformfties exist on <br />the property: <br />a. Side street yard parking in an industrial district. <br />b. Standard concrete block as the exterior wall <br />treatment on a street side of the building. <br /> <br />3.
