That an applicati~n for a non-conforming use permit <br />was fi led wi th the City on June 13, 1979. <br />2. That the Bo~rd of Review heard and reviewed the <br />~pplication at its regular meeting on June 19, 197~. <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner <br />and all person's statements made at the Board of <br />Review meeting were considered. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Review that <br />the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to NC~41: <br /> <br />1. That the site is located in a 1-2, Heavy Industrial <br />District. <br />2. That the following Type IV non-conformities exist on <br />the property: ' <br />a. Side street yard parking in an industrial district. <br />b. Standard concrete block as the exterior wall <br />treatment on a street side of the building. <br />3. That the applicant has done everything practical to <br />eliminate and reduce the existing non-conformities. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the application for NC-41 is <br />hereby recommended f6r approval subject to the following <br />condition: <br /> <br />1. That the applicant install slats in the existing chain <br />link fence along the southwestern bound~ry of the <br />property to provide better screening of outside <br />storage. <br /> <br />Adopted this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 1979. <br /> <br />Steve Schmidt, Chairman <br /> <br />Joan M.
