<br />.. <br /> <br />> . <br /> <br />.J <br /> <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />i <br />II <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />, <br />II <br />Ii <br />il <br />)1 <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION <br />BOARD OF REVIEW <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL <br />NON-CONFORMING USE PERMIT, NC-41 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for a non-conforming use permit <br />(NC-41) has been made by Northwestern Bell to construct a storag <br />building on a site with Type IV non-conformities. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That an application for a non-conforming use permit <br />was filed with the City on June 13, 1979. <br />2~ That the Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br />application at, itsY'egular meeting on June 19, 1979. <br />3. The written c6mments and analysis of the City Planner <br />and all person's statements made at the Board of <br />Review meeting were considered. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />Ij <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />II <br />II <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Review that <br />the following Findings of fact are made in respect to NC-4l: <br /> <br />1. That the site is located in a 1-2, Heavy Industrial <br />District. <br />2. That the following Type IV non-conformities exist on <br />the property: <br />a. Side street yard parking in an industrial di~trict. <br />b. Standard concrete block as the exterior wall <br />treatment ona str~et ~ide of the bUilding. <br />3. That the applicant has done everything ~ra~tical to <br />eliminate and reduce the existing non-conformities. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, t~at the application for NC-41 is <br />h erebyre~ommended for approval s ubj ectto the following <br />condition: <br /> <br />1.
