That an application for a n6n-conforming use permit, <br />NC-42 was filed with the City on September 12, 1979. <br />2 . That the Board of Review hea rda nd rev,i ewed the <br />application at its regular meeting on September 18,197 . <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner <br />and, all pe rs on's s ta temen ts made at the Boa rd of <br />Review meeting were considered. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Boardo~ Review that <br />the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to NC-42: <br /> <br />1. That the site has the following existing Type IV non- <br />conformi ti es : <br />a. Fron~ yard parking on a site in an industrial <br />dis,tri ct . <br />b. Lack of a dustless surface on driving areaS and <br />storage areas. <br />c. Driveways exceed 36 feet in width. <br />d. All outside storage is not screened from the public <br />right~of-way. <br />e. Equipment stored that exceed 6 feet in height is <br />not setback as required. <br />f. Lack of concrete curbing along the driveways in <br />the front yard. <br /> <br />2. That the applicant has addressed the non-conformities <br />by proposing to install landscaping, concrete curbing <br />and reduce the number of front yard parking spaces. <br /> <br />3. That the intention of the applicant is not to eliminate <br />the non-conformities because the general operation of <br />the business restricts the amount of landscaping in <br />the front yard. <br /> <br />4.
