That an application for a non-conforming use permit, <br />NC-42 was fi led, with the Ci ty on September 12,1979. <br />2. That the Bdardof Review heard and rev~ewed the <br />application at its regular meeting on September 18, 197 <br />3. The written comments and ana1ys.is of the City Planner <br />and all person's statements made at the Board of <br />Review meeting were, considered. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Boa~d of Review that <br />the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to NC-42: <br /> <br />1. That the site has the following existing Type IV non- <br />conformities: <br />a. Fr'ontyard parking on a site in an industrial <br />district. <br />b~ lack of a dustless surface on driving areas and <br />storage areas. <br />c. Driveways exceed 36 feet in width. <br />d. A110utstde storage is not screened from the public <br />rig h t - 0 f - w ay.' , <br />e. Equipment stored that exceed 6 feet in height is <br />not setback as required. <br />f. lack of concrete curbing along the driveways in <br />the front yard. <br /> <br />2. That the applicant has addressed the non-conformities <br />by proposing to install landscaping, con~rete curbing <br />and reduce the number of front yard parking spaces. <br /> <br />3. That th~ intention of the applicant is not to eliminate <br />the non-conformities,because the general operation of <br />the business restricts the amount of landscaping in <br />the front yard. <br /> <br />4.
