') ~ RESOLUTION NO STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON . e , RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally east of Long Lake Road, west of New Highway #8 and north ofCou~ty Road D.) WHEREAS, The City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: PARCEL .1 e That part of the South 330 feet of the North 660 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23~ Ramsey County, . Minnesota 1jing Westerly of the Northwesterly right- of-way line of Trunk Highway No.8. That part of the following described property lying Wesferly of the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Trunk Highway No. 8-63. Beginning ata point on the West line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota 660 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence East parallel with the North line of said Southwest Quarter. of the Southeast Quarter 659 feet; thence South parallel with the West line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter 325.94 feet; thence Westerly to a point on the West line of said,Southwest Quarter' of the Southeast . Quarter distant 326.84 feet North from the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence North alon~ said West line to the point of beginning. Except the South 70 feet thereof. WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed, and -,' WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and . WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that such criteria has been met. e NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton that ~he Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: PARCEL A That part of the South 330 feet of the North 660 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota lying Westerly of the Northwesterly right- of-way line of Trunk Highway No.8.
