There is some initial <br />concern with south-bound traffic on Old'Highway #8 entering this <br />site because of the number o~lanes of traffic that ha~e to be <br />crossed. <br /> <br />An aerial photo is attached to familiarize the Council with this <br />area and the street alignments. An' initial response by the <br />County was that overall- this site will not cause a major traffic <br />problem. If this development is approved, the county will be <br />contacted to conduct a traffic study to determine the necessary <br />signage for the area. . <br /> <br />Some suggestions of the County Engine~r-on a preliminary basis <br />involv~ the following items::- <br /> <br />.-.-. ..-.........-.
