<br />RESOLUTION NO 84-92 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (Generally west of Inca Lane and east of <br />Fairfield Drive) <br /> <br />;, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br />subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The South 1/3 of that part of the East! of the NE * of the <br />SW * of the NE * of Section 30, Township 30, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota lying South of the North 330 feet. <br />Subject to Inca Lane over the East 30 feet and Fairfield <br />Drive over the West 30 feet. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is <br />located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, <br />approval of that municipality must be obtained before such sub- <br />divisions can be filed, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides <br />for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria <br />can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such criteria <br />has been met. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above <br />described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />PARCEL A <br />The West 120 feet of the South 1/3 of that part of East t <br />of NE 1 of the SW * of the NE ! of Section 30, Township <br />30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota lying South of the <br />North 330 feet thereof. Subject to Fairfield Drive over <br />the West 30 feet. <br /> <br />PARCEL B <br />The South 1/3 of that part of the East t of the NE ! of the <br />SW * of the NE ! of Section 30, Township 30, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota lying South of the North 330 <br />feet, except the West l20 feet thereof.
