<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />NOTICE OF CALL FOR REDEMPTION <br /> <br />$11,951,940.29 <br />GENERAL OBLIGA TION TAXABLE TAX INCREMENT NOTES, SERIES 2006B <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, by order of the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton, Ramsey County, Minnesota, there have been called for redemption and prepayment on <br /> <br />June 15, 2007 <br /> <br />all outstanding Notes ofthe City designated as General Obligation Taxable Tax Increment Notes, <br />Series 2006B, dated December 15, 2006, having stated maturity dates of June 15, 2007 to and <br />including December 15, 2016, totaling $11,951,940.29 in principal amount. <br /> <br />The Notes are being called at a price of par plus accrued interest to June 15,2007, on which date <br />all interest on said Notes will cease to accrue. Holders of the Notes hereby called for redemption <br />are requested to present their Notes for payment at the office of the City Finance Director of the <br />City of New Brighton, Minnesota, on or before June 15,2007. <br /> <br />Important Notice: In compliance with the Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act <br />of 2003, federal backup withholding tax will be withheld at the applicable backup withholding rate <br />in effect at the time the payment by the redeeming institutions if they are not provided with your <br />social security number or federal employer identification number, properly certified.
