<br />II <br /> <br />~ -- <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-91 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MISCELLANEOUS BUDGET CHANGES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the purchase of a dump truck was originally <br />authorized in the 1983 Budget: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, delivery of the dump truck could not be made until <br />1984 and consequently the funds provided in the 1983 Budget were <br />unexpended; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Public Officials insurance was renewed in 1984; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the cost of renewal was more than estimated in the <br />Budget; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Eagles made a donation in 1984 of $1,000 for <br />park improvements; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the donation was not included in the 1984 Budget; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, to provide financing for the dump truck, renewal of <br />the insurance, and the Eagles' donation requires that the 1984 <br />Budget be changed. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that; <br /> <br />1. To finance the purchase of the dump truck, the <br />following budget change shall be made: <br /> <br />101-132-4704 <br />702-136-4704 <br />702-137-4704 <br />TOTAL <br /> <br />$14,719.00 <br />14,719.00 <br />14,719.00 <br />$44,517.00 <br /> <br />2. To finance the renewal of the Public Officials <br />insurance the following budget change shall be <br />made: <br /> <br />101-119-4483 <br /> <br />$ 1,800.00 <br /> <br />3.
