APPROVAL OF VN-271 AND VN-273. <br />2. PROVISION OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN DETAILING THE SPECIES OF PLANTS TO <br />BE INSTALLED IN THE TERRACED AREA AND AROUND THE PONDING AREA, <br />TO BE APPROVED BY THE CITY PLANNER PRIOR TO BUILDING PERMIT <br />ISSUANCE. <br />3,. PROVISION OF A PERFORMANCE BOND IN, THE AMOUNT EQUAL TO 100% OF <br />THE ESTIMATED COST TO COMPLETE AU.. SITE IMPROVEMENTS EXCLUSIVE <br />OF STRUCTURES. <br />4.
