<br />'., <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />NOTICE OF SALE <br /> <br />$1,000,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1984 <br />City of New Brighton <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />These bonos will be offered on Monday, July 9, 1984. <br />Bids will be accepted by the undersigned until 2:00 o'clock <br />p.m., C.T., at the City Hall in New Brighton, Minnesota, <br />when they will be opened. The City Council will meet at <br />5:00 o'clock p.m., C.T., on the same day to consider the <br />bids for award of sale. Dated August 1, 1984, the bonds <br />will mature on February 1 in the years and amounts as fol- <br />lows: <br /> <br />Years <br /> <br />Amounts <br /> <br />1986-1995 <br /> <br />$100,000 <br /> <br />All bonds maturing after February 1, 1992, will be subject <br />to prior redemption on said date and any interest payment <br />date thereafter at par plus accrued interest. Interest will <br />be payable on February I, 1985, and semiannually there- <br />after. Each rate must be an integral multiple of 5/100 or <br />1/8 of 1%, and no rate may exceed the maximum rate permitted <br />by law on the date of sale.. Minimum price, $980,700. An <br />unqualified legal opinion will be furnished by O'Connor and <br />Hannan, of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
