PROVISION OF DECORATIVE MATERIAL PER SECTION 6-390 (L) ON THE <br />STREET SIDE OF THE PROPOSED METAL BUILDING, TO BE APPROVED <br />BY CITY PLANNER AND BUILDING OFFICIAL. <br /> <br />4.
