A row of evergreen trees should be planted along the rear of the <br />subject site to screen said buildings and dock areas. <br /> <br />17. Impact on Surrounding Land Uses: The proposed building would have a <br />marginal impact on the surrounding land uses if screened from I -35W <br />and the street side of said building treated with a decorative building <br />material. <br /> <br />18.
