Proposed Use: U'.S. Tire and Exhaust is proposing a 24,780 square foot <br />office/warehouse/distributing building. The proposed facility would accommodate <br />15 employees and generate 4 to 6 semi truck trips per week and 4 to 6 van trips <br />per day. The proposed facility would warehouse and distribute vehicle parts to <br />retail operations in Minnesota.
