CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL TO EXTEND PLAN APPROVAL <br />PL-249, REMMELE ENGINEERING, TO MAY, 1991. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Council welcomed Joe Cerere, Giuseppe's Ristorante, to the community. <br /> <br />Public Hearina - 7:39-7:46 c.m, <br /> <br />David Mitchell, OSM Associates, presented Project 91-2, Creekwood <br />Estates, which provides for installation of City utilities and street <br />improvements. The project involves construction of sanitary sewer, <br />watermain, storm sewer, and street construction. The estimated project <br />cost is $106,600 and the estimated assessment rate is $8,200 per lot. <br /> <br />The bid opening and awarding of the bid will occur in March 1991, and <br />May 1991, respectively. Utility construction would be completed by June <br />1991, and street construction completed by June 1992. <br /> <br />There were no comments from the audience. <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Gunderman, to CLOSE THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Motion by Rebelein, seconded by Larson, to WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT THE RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS AND <br />AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />PROJECT 91~2, CREEKWOOD ESTATES UTILITIES AND STREET <br />IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />John Kelley, Police Chief, said in response to resident concerns of <br />frequent, after-hours parties, the Police and the Citizen Study Committee <br />(CSC) were instructed by Council to develop a proposal for a "party- <br />house" ordinance.
