To amend the Comprehensive Plan, the Planning Commission must hold a <br />publie hearing on the propused amendmeIJt and recomnwnd to' the City Connell, The City Councll may <br />hold a first reading of a rezoning prior to amending the Comprehensive Plan, but s~ould schedule the <br />second reading of the rezoning for 1he same date it considers the Comprehensive Plan amendment. The <br />Comprehensive Plan amendment must precede any action to rezone the subject R-2 district. <br /> <br />The proposed office development for lhe applicant's properlY complies wiJh the minimum standards of <br />lhe City's B-1 district and parking standards.
