On August 17, 1993, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and recommended approval of <br />LP-279/VN-293/and NC-93. <br />. On July 20, 1993, the Planning Commission continued the public hearing for LP-279/VN-293/NC-93 to <br />August 17, 1993. <br />. On May 22, 1979, the City Council approved LP-83 allowing the construction of the existing industrial <br />building. <br /> <br />(Cont. Page 2) <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Motion to APPROVE LP-279 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />1. PROVISION OF A PERFORMANCE BOND OR A LETTER OF CREDIT EQUAL TO 100% OF <br />THE COST TO INSTALL PARKING, CURBING, AND LANDSCAPING. <br />2. PROPOSED DRIVEWAY BE CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH NSP TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS. <br />3. PERMIT APPROVAL OF CURB CUT BY RAMSEY COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS. <br />4.
