Eight of the required'parking 'stalls are proposed to be provided through a proof <br />of parking agreement. The applicant isproposing'33 stalls to be constructed now with 16 spaces (8 <br />proof-of-parking) to be installed when the 4,000 s.f. future addition is constructed. <br /> <br />STAFF COMMENTS <br /> <br />The proposed project would require the vacation of the east portion of Mounds Street and the <br />construction of a cul-de-sac bulb. This matter will require a separate public hearing before the City <br />Council.
