Submit application and materials by the listed Planning Com!1lission deadline. <br />3. The Development Review Committee comprised of City Staff members reviews the proposed site <br />plan. <br />4. A staff case report is prepared and submitted to the Planning Commission. <br />5. The proposed site plan is reviewed by the Planning Commission at its regular meeting and a <br />recommendation is forwarded to the City Council. <br />6.
