On April 19, 1994, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and continued the hearing <br />until May 17, 1994. <br /> <br />(Cont. Page 2) <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Motion to WAIVE THE READING AND ADOPT THE ATTACHED RESOLUTIONS APPROVING SP-182, PRELIMINARY PRO-58, <br />AND PRELIMINARY PL-211 . <br /> <br />Motion to ApPROVE LP-289, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />1. ALL EXISTING UTILITIES WITHIN THE 6TH AVENUE NW RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM 8TH STREET NW TO 10TH <br />STREET NW BE REPLACED AS A CITY PROJECT. <br />2. WATER HOOKUP SHOULD BE FROM THE WATERMAIN SERVING THE VILLAGE CENTER SITE, NOT THE EXISTING 5TH <br />AVENUE NW WATERMAIN, WHICH IS TO BE ABANDONED. <br />3. A 10 FOOT STORM SEWER EASEMENT BE ESTABLISHED OVER PROPOSED STORM SEWER PIPE CROSSING OVER <br />NURSING HOME PROPERTY. <br />4. ApPROVAL OF GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLAN BY CITY ENGINEER. <br />5. PERMIT ISSUED BY RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT. <br />6. ALL PRIVATE ROADS BE POSTED ON ONE SIDE FOR "No PARKING." <br />7. A BOND OR LETTER OF CREDIT BE PROVIDED TO THE CITY COVERING 100% OF THE ESTIMATED COST TO INSTALL <br />CURBING, PAVING, AND LANDSCAPING. <br />8.
