<br />Parcel 1:

<br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 46, Block 2, First Addition to New Brighton, together
<br />with the alley, to be vacated, lying southerly of said Lots 1 through 11 and together with the
<br />alley, to be vacated, lying easterly of said Lot 46, except that part thereof taken for street
<br />purposes.

<br />
<br />All of 9th Street Northwest, to be vacated, lying within Block 2, First Addition to New
<br />Brighton.

<br />
<br />All that part of the Southeast 1A of Section 20, Township 30, Range 23, which was formally

<br />vacated alley adjoining said Lot 45;

<br />vacated, all in Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, described as follows:

<br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Block 2, First Addition to New Brighton; thence
<br />Southerly along the West line of said block to the Southerly right-of-way line of 9th Street
<br />Northwest; thence Westerly along the Westerly extension of said Southerly right-of-way line
<br />to the Westerly right-of-way line of 9th Street Northwest; thence Southerly along said
<br />Westerly right-of-way line to the Easterly extension of the North line of Elf Addition; thence
<br />westerly, along said extension and North line to the Easterly right-of-way line of the
<br />Minnesota Belt Une Railway and Transfer Company; thence Northerly along said Easterly
<br />right-of-way line to the Southerly right-of-way line of 10th Street Northwest; thence Easterly
<br />along said right-of-way line to the point of beginning.
