Development Plans must provide: <br />A. All data required for a preliminary plat. <br />B. Location, height and bulk of all buildings. <br />C. Feasibility study for sanitary waste, storm water drainage and water services. <br />D. Any plans for modification of standards set by other sections of the Zoning Code. <br />4. Proposed geographical staging and timing of the plan. <br />5. A statement indicating the applicant's opinion as to why the proposal for PRD would be in public <br />interest. <br />6. Application fee of $385.00 plus $20.00 per acre of land. <br /> <br />REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS FOR FINAL PRO <br /> <br />1 . A final plat. <br />2. A final plan indicating placement and type of all buildings. <br />3. A copy of all deed restrictions and covenants and a copy of the by-laws of the proposed <br />association of owners. <br />4.
